Rashid Mohammed Al-Naimi

CEO of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work

Rashid Al-Naimi has extensive professional and managerial experience spanning more 26 years in the private, social, and governmental sectors. Over the course of his career, he has held several leadership and supervisory positions, including serving as the executive Director of the Behavioral Healthcare Center and Chief Executive Officer of the Social Rehabilitaion Center (SRC) - ALAween - in addition to his role as Director of the Financial and Administrative Affaire Department at the Qatar Stock Exchange. He has contributed to leading and developing numerous social policies and programs and has taken part in formulating and implementing related national strategies. He has also participated in several specialized committees in the fields of social work, community development, arbitration, and accounting. Mr. Al-Naimi holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from Qatar University.

Mr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Kuwari

Deputy Executive Office of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work 

Mr. Khalid Al-Kuwari holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and possesses extensive experience in the fields of management and social work. He has held several leadership positions at the national level and has been entrusted with numerous supervisory assignments. He has also chaired a number of specialized committees within the Foundation, playing a pivotal role in policy formulation and overseeing the implementation of social initiatives.

Mr. Al-Kuwari previously served as Executive Director of Support Services at the Foundation, where he was responsible for developing and coordinating administrative and financial operations to ensure the achievement of institutional objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration from Alliant International University in California, USA. He is the founder and general manager of Shaggra Facilities Management Company. He held positions in the Qatari Diar Company in the field of investments. He also supervised some activities of the State of Qatar’s National Day and he worked as a Project follow-up officer in the technical office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work.

She earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Qatar University and a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University. She worked in the private sector for more than 15 years, where she focused on setting corporate digitalization goals and practices to achieve strategic corporate objectives. During her career she had led local and international teams for the development, and implementation of information technology projects to reach institutional goals.

Engineer Jabr Al-Nuaimi has held numerous supervisory positions. He holds a master’s degree in business administration obtained in 2018 from Plymouth University in the United Kingdom. With over 20 years of practical experience in the fields of engineering, planning, and project management, he has acquired practical expertise in management, negotiation, project management, and supervision throughout these years. He has attended and delivered several professional programs and training courses in project management, planning, and project operations.

Sheikha Najlaa bent Ahmed Al Thani has worked in the ruling family council at the Amiri Diwan in the social field for several years and participated in the council's educational projects. Sheikha Najlaa joined the Qatar Leadership Center ( QlC ) and worked in managing national programs as well as media and public relations since 2011. Sheikha Najlaa held the position of Director of Communication and Media at ( QSW) Qatar Social Work in 2017.

Manal Ahmed Al-Mannai holds an Executive Master’s degree in Leadership from Qatar University and a Bachelor's degree in Media from Qatar University. She is also a graduate of the Government Leaders Program (2018) and a recipient of the Creativity and Innovation Award from Siemens Global. She has held several positions, most recently serving as Director of the Planning and Development Office at the Center for Empowerment and Elderly Care from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, she was Head of the Technical Production Section in the Awareness and Community Engagement Department from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, she served as Head of the Communication Section at the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) from 2011 to 2017.

He has also participated in numerous training programs focused on leadership, administrative skills, and security management, further enhancing his expertise in these fields.

Mishal bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi

Executive Director of Al-Noor Center for the Blind

Mishal bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Qatar University (2002), along with various professional and leadership development certifications acquired through programs in Qatar and abroad. With extensive and diverse experience in administration, education, and leadership, Mr. Al-Nuaimi began his career in 2002 as a social worker, supporting students and fostering a positive learning environment. He later transitioned into a student affairs coordination role, where he played a key role in enhancing student experiences and improving support mechanisms. In the field of educational administration, he has held several leadership positions since 2008, including Deputy Director for Administrative and Student Affairs. He also obtained a school licensing certification and was actively involved in managing teams and participating in teacher recruitment committees both locally and internationally. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of a secondary school, working to enhance its academic and administrative performance. Beyond education, Mr. Al-Nuaimi has had a significant impact on the community. He was elected as a member of the Central Municipal Council in 2015 for two consecutive terms, during which he represented his district and chaired the Financial Committee. He also contributed to the advancement of healthcare services through his membership on the board of a health center. Since 2022, he has been leading Al-Noor Center for the Blind as its Executive Director, focusing on enhancing the center’s services and advancing its strategic objectives to support individuals with visual impairments.
