The Qatar Foundation for Social Work (QFSW) and Marble Medical Center signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two entities across various fields. The agreement reflects the foundation’s commitment to supporting, developing, and enhancing the capabilities of its affiliated centers, advancing their role in society, formulating strategies, policies, and programs that contribute to their growth, and safeguarding the rights of the beneficiary groups to help them achieve their established objectives.

Marble Medical Center, for its part, seeks to provide world-class medical services and to be one of the leading healthcare providers in the State of Qatar.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Rashid Mohammed Al-Naimi, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, and Dr. Mohammed Ali Saadeh, Chief Executive Officer of Marble Medical Center. Both parties expressed their aspiration for a fruitful and sustainable collaboration. The MoU outlines a framework for cooperation in areas of mutual interest and facilitates the coordination of joint efforts between the two sides.

Mr. Al-Naimi stated: “This memorandum represents an important step in strengthening collaboration between the Qatar Foundation for Social Work and Marble Medical Center in organizing seminars, training programs, and discussion sessions that leverage the experiences and expertise of both parties. The agreement serves as a framework for our partnership — but our ambitions go far beyond it. Together, hand in hand, we will work to provide services that meet the foundation’s aspirations and satisfy both our staff and the beneficiaries we serve.”

He also commended the efforts of the management of Marble Medical Center and their commitment to ensuring the success and effective implementation of this partnership.

Dr. Mohammed Ali Saadeh commented: “This agreement presents a valuable opportunity to organize collaboration with the Qatar Foundation for Social Work and to deliver exceptional healthcare services to the foundation’s staff and beneficiaries. It also enables the joint coordination of training programs in the fields of health and fieldwork, with the participation of physicians and specialists from Marble Medical Center. Our center stands fully ready to provide medical and health consultations for QFSW’s projects and events, based on our shared commitment to integration with partners and to ensuring that healthcare services reach those who need them — at the right time and place.”

Dr. Saadeh welcomed the signing of the MoU and expressed his eagerness to expedite the implementation of its provisions in line with the best interests of both parties.
