The Qatar Foundation for Social Work and Maximize Training and Education Center sign a Memorandum of Understanding
The Qatar Foundation for Social Work (QFSW) and Maximize Training and Education Center signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two entities across various shared areas of interest.
This partnership stems from the foundation’s commitment to supporting, developing, and enhancing the capacities of civil society organizations operating under its umbrella, advancing their role in society, formulating strategies, policies, and programs that contribute to their growth, and safeguarding the rights of beneficiary groups to help them achieve their objectives. For its part, Maximize Training and Education Center seeks to actively contribute to Qatar’s development by elevating human capital in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030, which aspires to achieve human, economic, social, and environmental development through comprehensive community training and development programs.
Under this agreement, the two parties will cooperate in implementing joint initiatives aligned with their respective areas of work. Maximize Training and Education Center will provide between 10 and 15 training workshops annually for QFSW and each of its affiliated centers, targeting both employees and the foundation’s beneficiary groups. The two parties will also collaborate in designing and conducting specialized training workshops aimed at raising awareness among target groups and their families about family roles and related social issues. The MoU further includes provisions for capacity-building programs, development workshops, and the issuance of certificates of participation and completion to trainees.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Rashid Mohammed Al-Naimi, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, and Dr. Mona Omer Mohanna Al-Naimi, Chairperson of Maximize Group. Both parties expressed their aspiration for a fruitful and sustainable partnership.
