The Qatar Foundation for Social Work receives a delegation from the Jordanian Zaha Cultural Center
Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Kuwari, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work (QFSW), received today Ms. Rania Sbeih, Executive Director of the Zaha Cultural Center in Jordan, accompanied by several members of the center, during a visit aimed at enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two sides.
During the meeting, Mr. Al-Kuwari welcomed the visiting delegation and emphasized the importance of the visit in strengthening bilateral relations, expressing the foundation’s aspiration for future joint initiatives that include experience exchange, collaborative projects, and promising partnerships serving the field of social work. He also highlighted the significance of organizing future visits to include all centers operating under the foundation’s umbrella.
For her part, Ms. Rania Sbeih expressed her admiration for Qatar’s social work system, praising the specialization of each center under the foundation and its vital role in serving the community.
The meeting also included presentations on QFSW’s key operational approaches and best practices, along with detailed overviews of the roles and functions of each affiliated center in enhancing Qatar’s social development ecosystem. In return, the Jordanian delegation presented an overview of the Zaha Cultural Center and its main programs and initiatives.
